Integral Medical Gas Plants are engineered to provide regular and reliable 24/7 gas service to critical hospital departments such as operating rooms, intensive care units, patient rooms, and emergency services.
The system reduces the pressure of high-pressure gases in cylinders (approx. 200 Bar) such as Oxygen, Nitrous-Oxide, or Carbon Dioxide to the hospital line pressure level (4-5 Bar). Through the Pneumatic Auto Change-Over Panel located between two redundant cylinder groups (Ramp A and Ramp B), the system automatically switches to the full cylinder group without experiencing even a momentary interruption.
Medical gas manifolds shall be manufactured in compliance with HTM 02-01 and EN ISO 7396-1 standards, featuring dual cylinder banks, electricity-independent fully pneumatic auto change-over panel, dual-stage pressure regulators, and BMS (modBus) connectivity.
